- Form feedback with video critiques to correct and improve your technique
- Direct access to your coach via WhatsApp for ongoing support and questions

Custom Training Program
- 4-week training blocks tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and any past injuries
- Periodised programming to ensure structured progress over time
- Demonstration videos for every exercise to guide your technique
- Fully detailed workouts with sets, reps, rest periods, tempo, and clear instructions for each movement
- Workout tracking features to help you stay consistent and measure your progress week to week
Investment starting from only $59 per week (or pay upfront)
No sign up fee. Minimum 4 week commitment. Commitment is block to block therefore you cannot cancel mid way through a training block.
